We want you to love your purchase from Meressa. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please read our return policy below.

General Returns

• Orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

• Personalized items, Mystery Boxes, and final sale items cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact us at store.meressa@gmail.com  within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide instructions for returning your item.

3. Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive your return.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
